Rachel Danemann is Regional Planning Manager of the Home Builders Federation with responsibility for membersâ planning matters in the Midlands and South-West.
Prior to joining HBF in February 2023, Rachel held the role of Principal Planning SMĀĻ°ķ Officer at Harborough District Council. She has twenty yearsâ experience working for in the public sector in Planning SMĀĻ°ķ and Housing Enabling roles. Rachelâs solid planning experience has seen her become the HBFâs lead on biodiversity net gain requirements, engaging with members and government to help ensure this policy works in practice.
